Ambient Centre Recommends: Talons’ - Rustic Bullshit LP (Bark and Hiss 2006)
One of those albums that makes perfect sense through tiny headphones, falling asleep in bed in autumn. Talons’ album ‘Songs for Babes’ is also equally good, although it takes a more rose-tinted view of a world where optimism is in short supply. It’s still made up of lines like, “Life is sad, but at least its short,” though.
